Child and Family Outpatient Services

The Mental Health Outpatient Clinic offers families with children ages 5-18 services to meet their individual needs. These services include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management.

We help children and adolescents, and their families understand and manage emotional, developmental, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. We address a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and more. We engage your whole family in meaningful ways so that your child can feel their best and reach their full potential.

IICAPS: Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services

Intensive in-home services for families with children and adolescents experiencing serious emotional and behavioral problems including:

  • Those who are returning to family following hospitalization or out-of-home placement
  • Children at risk of hospitalization
  • Children for which outpatient services are not sufficient to allow the child to remain safely in the family.

IICAPS provides a team approach for 4-6 month intervention, providing in-home family and individual therapy.

Child First

Child First is a free, home-based, parent-child intervention that works with caregivers and their children, prenatal through age five. Child First pairs young children and their families with a licensed Masters level Mental Health/Developmental Clinician and a Care Coordinator who work as a team to nurture, support, and provide comprehensive services to families.

Child First provides trauma-informed psychotherapy to parents and young children together in their home for an average of 6-9 months. Our services address problematic child behaviors, parental stress, developmental or learning concerns, and help families heal from the impact of chronic adversity.

Our approach builds safe, healthy, and nurturing parent-child relationships. We provide hands-on support and connection to community-based resources for all family members, leading to increased stabilization and reduced family stress.
